Do you charge per interpreter?

No. Every plan includes unlimited interpreters and accounts, so adding interpreters doesn't change your subscription.

What happens after 250 jobs in a month?

Each additional job that month is 25¢, billed with that month's usage.

How are calls billed?

Video, phone, and AI Translator calls placed through IMP bill per minute on either plan, monthly, to the card on file. We'll go over the per-minute rates in the demo.

What does Premium add?

The AI Receptionist on its own phone line, including overnight dispatch for hospital calls, plus AI Intake and AI Support. It is $99 a month on top of Standard.

How does monthly billing work?

Standard is $299 a month, billed monthly, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.

Can we move from monthly to annual?

Yes. Annual billing is $199 a month, $100 less than monthly, which comes to $1,200 a year.

Is migration included?

Yes, on annual plans. We move your interpreters, accounts, and rates over with you.
