How languages work in IMP

Language pairs

Each interpreter's profile lists the language pairs they work in, like English and Spanish.

Cleared settings

Each pair carries the settings the interpreter is cleared for, like Medical or Court.

Visual-only services

ASL, CDI, CART, and TypeWell are offered on video only in the call window.

Overflow languages

ASL on video, Spanish and French on video and phone. Others can be added in writing.

Yes, both, onsite and remote. ASL, CDI, CART, and TypeWell stay on video or onsite.

Which languages does overflow coverage include?

ASL on video, and Spanish and French on video and phone. Other spoken languages can be added in writing when interpreters are available.
